That’s Menorcan for ‘Yum, these meatballs are delicious!’ Although our dear neighbour Miquel Montoro made them fashionable, meatballs were already a classical feature of our gastronomy. The most common are meatballs with tomato sauce, but in Menorca they are also cooked with almond sauce. A real treat!
