Many of we Menorcans have seen how this dish is prepared and cooked at home, especially at Christmas. Stuffed squid is one of those dishes to dip bread in, with the actual stuffing usually being chopped hard-boiled egg, monkfish or prawns. The sauce that is poured over the squid before cooking is made with milk. It is usually accompanied by potatoes and tomato.
